We provide the flexibility you need to manage your practice, whether you are a single practitioner or a multi-branch hospital network.

Our plans are structured to offer value and support your growth. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) per month, exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Note on Plan Tiers:

  • Clinic Organizations (1-4 Branches): Billed at the standard rate of ₹1,500 per clinic per month.
  • Mixed Organizations: If your organization includes both clinics and hospitals, each facility will be billed according to its respective pricing tier listed above, all under a single, convenient organizational account.

Billing, Subscription & Cancellation Policies

We’ve made our policies as user-friendly as our platform.

Contract TermNo Contracts. We operate on a month-to-month basis, offering you complete flexibility.
Billing CycleSubscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month for the service period of that entire month.
New Customer Grace PeriodStart for free! When you sign up, you get complimentary access for the remainder of that calendar month. Your first paid billing cycle begins on the 1st of the following month. Example: If you subscribe on August 13, 2025, you use the platform for free for the rest of August. Your first invoice will be for the month of September, charged on September 1, 2025.
Payment MethodWe require enrollment in automatic payments via our secure payment gateway for uninterrupted service.
CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time without any advance notice required. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current, paid monthly billing cycle.
RefundsAs services are prepaid on a monthly basis, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused time upon cancellation.

Payment & Data Policies

Failed PaymentsWe understand issues can arise. There is no fee or penalty for the first failed payment attempt. Our system will retry the payment.
Late Payment FeesA fee will be applied only after two consecutive failed payment attempts to cover administrative costs: •For Clinics: ₹250 • For Hospitals: ₹1,000
Post-Cancellation Data AccessYour data is yours. After your subscription ends, we provide6 months of complimentary ‘Read-Only’ access to your account.
Data PortabilityDuring the 6-month read-only period, you can log in to view and download all your data, ensuring a smooth transition.
Subscription ReactivationShould your needs change, you can seamlessly reactivate your full subscription at any time during the 6-month read-only period without incurring any back-payments for the inactive months.

Cancellation Methods:

You can cancel your subscription in three convenient ways:

1. Account Management Page: Log in to your account and navigate to the “Account Management” page within the settings section. You should find a clear cancellation option there.

2. Email: Send an email to contact@neemandtulsi.com requesting cancellation of your subscription. Be sure to include your account information for easy reference.

Cancellation and Billing Cycle:

Cancellations will be reflected at the end of your current billing month. You will not be charged any further fees after the cancellation takes effect. Since we do not engage in prorated billing, you will have access to the system for the remainder of the month you cancel in.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for cancellations. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the system until the end of the billing month in which you cancel. This ensures a smooth transition and avoids any potential disruption to your workflow.
